Healthcare Data & HIPAA

iFocusRCM process information on behalf of healthcare providers under contractual arrangements, including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) where required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Healthcare providers may maintain their own privacy policies, and iFocusRCM is not responsible for how those providers collect, use, or disclose patient information outside of our contractual obligations.
