Accessibility
What we are aiming at, what is built in, what is not fixed yet, and how to tell us something is in your way.

Our commitment
iFocus RCM Solutions LLC wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, speech input, a magnifier, or with motion and colour settings turned up.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA. That is the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance and by Section 508.
What is built in
- Keyboard. Every interactive control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and the focused element is always visible.
- Structure. Pages use real headings in order, landmarks, lists and tables, so a screen reader can navigate by structure rather than by guesswork.
- Names and labels. Form fields have labels that stay attached to them, and buttons and links say what they do rather than “click here”.
- Images. Photographs carry alternative text, and images that are decoration are marked as decoration so they are skipped.
- Contrast and text. Body text and interface colours are chosen to meet the AA contrast ratios, and text reflows without loss of content when zoomed to 200 per cent.
- Motion. Animation is subtle and is switched off automatically when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Errors. Form errors are described in text next to the field, not by colour alone.
What is not fixed yet
We would rather name these than imply a level of assurance we have not earned:
- The site has been checked with automated tools and by keyboard, and reviewed page by page, but it has not yet been tested end to end by a person who uses a screen reader daily.
- The revenue calculator is a set of sliders. Each one can be operated from the keyboard and has a text label and a value, but a complex interactive tool is harder to use non visually than plain content, and we expect this to be where improvement is most needed.
- Some third party content, including the reCAPTCHA widget on our forms, is controlled by its provider rather than by us. Where a provider’s component falls short we will look for an accessible alternative.
Tell us if something blocks you
If any part of this site stops you doing what you came to do, tell us and we will fix it. Email info@ifocusrcm.com or call +1 (281) 406-1401. Describing the page and what happened helps, but tell us in whatever way is easiest for you.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to tell you what we are going to do about the problem and when. If a fix will take time, we will offer another way to get what you needed in the meantime.
Getting the information another way
Anything on this site can be provided another way. If you would rather have a document, a quote or an explanation by phone, by email, in large print or in another format, ask us at info@ifocusrcm.com or +1 (281) 406-1401 and we will arrange it at no charge.
How we assess this site
We review accessibility as part of building and changing the site, using a combination of automated checks, manual keyboard testing and code review against WCAG 2.1 AA. This statement is reviewed when the site changes materially, and the date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
Write to info@ifocusrcm.com or call +1 (281) 406-1401. We answer these ourselves.
